Impact of the proposal upon the currently unacceptable air pollution & noise regimes , the impact upon the already overused road/rail/emergency services infrastructures, the impact upon the current shortage of houses to meet the proposed expansion workforce , the potential impact of travellers from the midlands and the north where expansion of northern airports would clearly benefit their use.
