Gatwick Airport Northern Runway

This new runway project is designed to increase capacity of the airport, and therefore will increase both noise and pollution for those of us in and around the flight path. Extra pressure will also be placed on all transport links, both road and rail as a result. This plan also goes directly against the governments own net zero targets, and will increase carbon emissions not reduce them. This plan is for a new runway, not to bring an existing runway into use as claimed. I strongly object to this new development on these grounds.
