Increasing accessibility to the airport, free drop off and parking (redacted) for the increased air travel. While managing the traffic flows in and around Gatwick and the town of Horley. Ensuring long term economic activity is increased with limited ecological impact and reduced residential noise, air pollution, car traffic control and increased use of trains and or electric trams.
