I would like to register my objection to the second runway at Gatwick Airport being constructed. There are far too many flights taking place at the moment, all day & night and as we live directly on the flight path this is having a detrimental effect on our well-being. There will be no financial benefit to any of the neighbouring villages & towns for having a second runway, all it will do it increase the number of aircraft that litter our skies and add to the global warning problem.
