I am against the development on a number of grounds: 1. Detrimental impact on AONB and historic protected assets, including Hever Castle, which is a Grade 1 listed heritage attraction set within a Grade 1 listed park and garden which, in itself, is within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (a designation that is only awarded to the very best British landscape). 2. Increased noise pollution from increased air traffic plus reference to removing noise restrictions on aircraft. 3. Prejudice carbon neutral targets, we should be reducing air traffic. 4. Increased traffic and pollution on the road networks 5. Impact on property values
