This will create further noise disturbance which seems to have increased significantly lately even without another runway.. Even more road congestion through Horley which struggles already even at out of peak hours. Increase global warming due to extra pollution that Aircraft,/traffic/buildings create. Reduce green space and therefore nature/habitats for wildlife and humans need to thrive. Horley does not appear to benefit through the airport apart to seem to need more housing .. although the need for schools, doctors, dentist etc are not being matched with additional housing. ESH lately had to close its doors due to being full beyond capacity!, what happens when there is even more local demand on all of these requirements ..
