We live directly under the flightpath mainly receiving inbound aircraft. In busy times aircraft overfly our house either directly or close by every 2 minutes or less. They generally fly at above 4,000 ft (which is noisy and disruptive enough) but some, including the A380 Emirates planes fly in at lower altitudes. In the summer it is impossible to relax outside because of this and at night in the summer, with windows open for ventilation, it can be difficult to sleep. We seem to be constantly under an aerial motorway with no chance of noise mitigation. I strongly object to Gatwick's plan to significantly increase flights on this corridor especially at a time when it is clear aviation is a major factor in the warming of the planet. I fully endorse the letter sent by Charles Lloyd on behalf of the objecting groups. Currently Gatwick is acting in a bullying way and does not appear to be listening to anyone but themselves.
