The plans to develop the Northern Runway for full time use. Will create levels of noise and pollution. This will affect our lives dramatically as the amount of air traffic is already making it very difficult to sleep from the noise and closeness on take off and arrivals now. It will be unbearable to allow this Runway. The amount of traffic is already high, air pollution, housing, local road congestio in this area. We have constant passengers parking in our road and this is not safe for the emergency services . The aircraft movements impact on noise and emissions, public transport, road congestion, parking, flood risks, etc
