We already have planes flying low overhead all through the day starting at 5am (exceptionally low and noisy) and ending at 11pm (also exceptionally low and noisy). We are very near to Biggin Hill airport and the flights made there. Also we live very near the M25 and Gatwick expansion would increase traffic even more than the current level increasing the constant traffic noise level and pollution. The M23 and surrounding villages are already blighted by these issues. We have a desperate need to cut down on the number of flights in order to meet Net Zero targets. Why would we think of expanding an airport and increasing the number of flights?
