Should we be even considering expanding an airport when the effects of climate change can already be seen. I have concerns about a diversion of the part of the River Mole. Many communities suffered serious flooding in the winter of 2013/14. The EA no longer work to a once in 100 year event on the River Mole The London to Brighton Railway line is already at capacity. The M25 Surrey section is regularly grid locked which also affects the M23 Noise from flights and especially around route 4 where planes do not stay within the route 4 boundaries thus affecting communities that are not on a designated flight path.
