My main concerns are as follows: - congestion and transport, already the roads around Gatwick are heavily congested and a wide area becomes gridlocked if any issues occur on the M23 or M25 -Flooding around Gatwick even immediately adjacent on the dual carriageway is a regular occurrence, and additional hard surfaces will only increase that immediate impact and further afield in Horley, Salfords, Earlswood and Redhill - impact to the environment and wildlife in the area, including a colony of long horned bees, orchids, and a wide range of flora and fauna -increased aircraft noise and pollution in the area - is it the right location for increased passenger volumes? Other areas in the UK outside London could perhaps benefit from increased capacity and be less adversely impacted
