It’s absurd to approve a proposal that will contribute countless GHG emissions. The project is scheduled to be finished very close to the UKs 2050 net zero deadline, so there is no way of allowing this to take place and reaching our legally binding net zero targets. Not to mention the impact on local citizens, home/ land owners. Noise pollution, air pollution, general environmental harm, run off, impacts on biodiversity, flooding, etc.
