We need better rail/buses not more planes. We cannot cope with existing traffic - damage to roads. Never mind more traffic to the airport. It will necessitate a bypass which will destroy homes and landscape. It is not a sensible plan to add another runway. My comment is that the Gatwick expansion should not go ahead. It will inevitably take us backwards in the need for reducing the effects of climate change, and it will also impact our village through a bypass which will be necessitated for the extra traffic coming to another runway. Our rows are already clogged and we do not have the space for that extra traffic.
