Until there is zero emission fuel we should be stopping flights, not generating more. This proposal poses an existential threat of ecocide to the UK and the planet. People who put these actions into place may face legal tribunals in the future. Some have already been lodged, one has started. This proposal may be legal now but won't be in a few years time. Why waste time and money?
