I live with constant aircraft/noise pollution and the fear that the air that we breathe is laden with heavy metals from the fuels used in aircraft travel. Therefore I feel there us an immediate health and environmental impact that my family and I will experience if another runway is built. Horley is a great place to live otherwise and retains a certain community spirit and charm. Further expansion which impacts on traffic making it more of a functional through way for the airport will affect this and the quality of life for the people who reside here. There has already been marked housing development in our area and I feel the infrastructure won’t support all of this extra build.
