Why encourage electric cars, heat pumps etc to go green and then allow an extra runway which will add an additional 0.5m to 1.5m tonnes of extra carbon from two runways, with flights 24/7. This makes no sense other than to the developers who will profit. We need to heed the likes of David Attenborough and stand up to this damaging kind of so called development NOW.
