Already it is difficult to carry out a conversation on a summer's day, particularly at the weekend, in the garden, for the noise of overhead aircraft going in and out of Gatwick. Only yesterday an Emirates plane flew so low over us that I could almost see the passengers! Our skies are being polluted with fumes and noise at the expense of the next generation. Global warming??
