There are very few peaceful places remaining in the South East and increasing the number of flights over the region will cause even more noise. We can't expand flights and curb carbon emissions as needed to avert catastrophe. Expansion simply shouldn't be allowed to continue. Trains and roads around Gatwick are already congested and can't handle more.
