Horley Piscatorial Society (HPS) has fishing venues very close to Gatwick Airport. The lake at Riverside Garden Park and adjacent Gatwick Stream and the River Mole, at Church Meadows. Our concern should this go ahead: 1. We could loose these important venues which would result in our membership decline, loss of facilities to the local community and revenue. 2. With an increase of land drain water would put further pressure on the streams and rivers, fish habitats could be lost. 3. With the increase in volume of water this could cause more incidents of pollution which again would have a detrimental effect on fish stocks and habitats
