We work with a number of Airlines, mostly overseas based, who wish to enter or expand their operations to Gatwick but due to the limitations in slots and the control of existing slots by the incumbent based Carriers, opportunities are extremely limited. The use of the current Northern runway / taxiway, would alleviate some of these constraints, provided this expansion prioritises those new entrants or those with only limited existing operations.
