I am against the plans for Gatwick airport as I live on the route of the flight path and whether they are taking off or landing there is a lot of noise from the plans during the day, evening and overnight. The planes land and take off in quick succession and I don’t see how they can safely have a second runway to use in between the main runway. I’m concerned for all the residents that live closer to the airport and for the wildlife that is impacted by the airport already, let alone the bid to expand. If the airport gets the go ahead it won’t just be the air pollution and noise this impacts but they will also have to build new terminals and car parks for staff, let alone the increased passengers. I really don’t want the airport to increase its size or operations.
