The Secretary of State for Transport is minded to approve this application subject to further information from the Applicant (and subsequently from Interested Parties).
To allow time for the Applicant to submit further information by 30 November 2022 and to allow for consultation on the further information with Interested Parties, the Secretary of State has set a new deadline of 19 February 2023 for the decision on this application.
