I find it absurd to move the treatment works to a conservation area. I genuinely do not understand why the treatment works are not being left where it is rather than spending millions of tax payers money, disrupting an area on a chalk aquifer not to mention the carbon cost in such a project. Quite frankly I am surprised that this does not contravene building policies or regulations
