Why is there a need to do this in the first place as I believe the existing water treatment facility is more than able to cope with any expansion . This would seem a compete waste of money as well as the impact on the local area the green belt which I thought was safe from building . The villages of Fen Ditton, Horningsea which are closest the the proposed development will suffer with construction traffic and later heavy vehicles going to and from the facility along the B1047 that is already very heavily used and can only become more congested to the misery of local residents . There will also be the effect of odour to the villages and the primary school . You have promised that this relocation will not affect the local residents but have offered little or no reassurances . If this does go ahead it will be okayed by a committee that it will not effect who live nowhere near it .
