AW ‘About the Project’ states that storm sewer overflows and CSOs are ‘far less likely to occur’. What will be the new likelihood and risk? Where is the analysis to show minimisation of likelihood and risk? Environmental statement non-technical summary 2.2.3 mentions capacity for storm water flows but not CSOs. Surely AW should be planning capacity for CSOs (current national issue with government expecting removal of CSO consents?) including impacts of climate change and population growth? I can’t find details of sewer network modelling and thus inclusion/exclusion of CSOs.
