I object to the proposal For a) the unnecessary relocation of an existing sewage treatment plant with adequate capacity for the foreseeable future to a site in the green belt with the consequent carbon cost of construction of site and access and loss of green belt land b) the disruption to traffic along the Fen Ditton to Horningsea road while major realignment to include a roundabout is undertaken without adequate arrangements for pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians during works c) The impact on public rights of way and permissive rights and its effect on Quy Fen and other local sites of special scientific interest such as the Cam Washes d) The potential impact on river flows of taking all output from Waterbeach treatment centre to the new facility and thereby reducing treated water going into the river from the existing facility below Baits Byte.
